Terms of Sale

These terms apply to any software purchased and downloaded from this site, including the NetSuite Activity Monitor. By purchasing or downloading, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
A one-time license to download, install, and run the software on servers you control. It's not a subscription and there are no recurring fees for the version you download. You may modify your own copy for your own use. You may not resell, relicense, or redistribute the software itself as a competing product.
2. Provided "as is" — no warranty
This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use it entirely at your own risk.
No guarantee is made that the software is free of bugs, that it will work uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. It's your responsibility to test it — ideally in a sandbox or non-production environment — before relying on it against a live system.
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Wellyntong Breton be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the software.
4. Your responsibility
You're responsible for how you configure and operate the software, including but not limited to:
- Testing against a sandbox account before pointing it at production
- Understanding and respecting any rate limits, governance limits, or usage limits imposed by third-party services it connects to (for example, NetSuite's SuiteScript governance)
- Keeping your own backups and access credentials secure
- Complying with your own organization's policies and any applicable law when using the software
5. Third-party services
This software may connect to third-party services (for example, NetSuite, a product of Oracle Corporation) that you separately maintain an account and relationship with. Wellyntong Breton is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle or NetSuite. Your use of any third-party service through this software is governed by that service's own terms, and is your responsibility.
6. Sales are final
Because this is a low-cost, instantly-delivered digital download, sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. If something is genuinely broken, reach out — see Section 8 — and it'll be looked at in good faith, but a refund isn't guaranteed.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
